Placing an Order:

Daytime telephone numbers and contact person's name are required. If you are charging your order to a credit card, state the address, credit card number and the expiration date. Clearly indicate title, name of artist, size and quality. NOTE: Once the order is placed and the customer confirms the order, the order is final.

Prices, Charges and Payments:

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. All charges must be paid in U.S. Dollars. All international money orders must be drawn from U.S. funds. Unique Designs reserves the right to change the prices of merchandise sold on this web site at any time.

Sales Tax:

All State of California are required by law to pay 8.25% sales tax.

International Duties/Taxes

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local Customs office.

International orders:

All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds prior to shipment. You must inform us to ship UPS Standard/Expedited/Express or U.S. Postal Service.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Shipping and Handling Charges are determined by price, weight and destination of your order.

Damages and Returns :

Damages: Arrangements must be made with the customer service department before returns are accepted. You must notify us within (2) days of receiving any problem orders.

Returns: Returns must be mailed in the original container and packaging material to receive credit. Approval must be received from Unique Designs or Apel Company before any item is returned.

Returns: To return goods, please save item(s) and packaging. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your return along with a brief explanation stating why you are not satisified with the items(s). We will gladly replace it with a new selection of your choice within the same price range. There are no refunds on prints or small gift items only exchanges. If a refund is required on framed artwork we will refund you the cost of the item (s) (less S&H) All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. UniqueDesigns.com will not accept returns on items that have been customized or altered in any way. Uniquedesigns.com will not accept returns to damaged items as a result of misuse, or improper environmental condtions.

Returned Checks:

Any checks being returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will result in a $25.00 service charge to the consumer and it must be cleared with money order or credit card.

Shipping Information

All posters and art prints are rolled and shipped in mint condition via the United States Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 Day Priority Mail in a sturdy tube-like container. International packages are shipped via first class airmail USPS. We will overnight/express orders upon request for an additional charge. Rates will be quoted at time of purchase.

Unique Designs and Apel Company work closely together so shipped item could come from either company. We will indicate at time of purchase.
