I am a creative spirit filled with God's purpose to help others. My desire to help others goes back to when I was a young adult helping the elderly. I have my grandparents to thank for my entrepreneurial spirit and determination. They were successful owners of two cleaners and a variety store in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. While working at the store I learned the daily operations of the business. Ordering inventory, handling money and dealing with customers. After graduating from college I moved to Los Angeles. I began my career as an Account Executive selling advertising and eventually received a professional designation in marketing from UCLA.

While decorating my home I discovered other interests that laid dormant with in me. I had an eye for color, a love of art and the ability to coordinate and work with space. This lead to a desire to learn more about black history so I began reading, studying, attending classes and collecting black art.

I traveled to other cities attending art festivals and visiting museums. One day I attended the Black Arts Festival here in Los Angeles. The place was full of energy and it was exciting. I met an artist named Chuks Okoye. His work was bold, different, innovative and educational. I began thinking of how I could help him get the exposure he truly deserved here on the west coast. I traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for an interview and to purchase product. I decided to test the product in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania his artwork was well received and the rest is history.
